MP East PBIS weekly prize winners enjoy just a few of the the FREE rewards offered for being respectful, responsible and safe at school. Congrats MP East friends!

Thank you students and staff for making today's MP East Elementary Down Syndrome Awareness Walk so much fun! The smiles, happy faces, and music were priceless!

We sure do love and appreciate all that MP East Elementary Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Kehoe, does for students and staff. We are thankful for the time you devote coordinating our PBIS program. Thank you, Mrs. Kehoe!

MP East 2nd graders enjoyed their hands-on Kalona Historical Village Field Trip as they culminated their Buxton/Kalona Social Studies Unit! Thanks to 28 parent/grandparent volunteers for joining us. It was an incredible day of learning with the KHV staff & volunteers!

What a great day MP Librarian Miss Dodds planned for us! Thank you Children's Book Author, Kristi Bradbury, for visiting Mid-Prairie East & West Elementary Schools to share your book “To Iowa in the Backseat” with K-4 students & staff! Please visit us again soon.

A special thanks to MP SUPERintendent, Mr. Schneider for guest reading to each MP East 2nd grade classroom! Your book, “We Don’t Eat Our Classmates” was a great choice to read aloud as we work to treat others as we’d like to be treated every day.

MP East Elementary PBIS Tie Dye Celebration was fun for all. A special thanks to our parent volunteers and all staff to make it the best day ever!
