How to submit a ticket:
Mid-Prairie has a technology ticketing system.
Once you're added to the system, you'll receive a welcome email from Infrastructure Technology Solutions, LLC web portal. Let Jaynie Bontrager know if you haven't received your welcome email from ITS.
You can submit tickets for computer hardware, printing, network, wireless, network/Gmail account, staff badge/door card issues in this portal. All technology problems must have a ticket submitted before they can be completed.

All hardware purchases will go directly through your building principal, app purchases will be handled by the Learning Design Coaches Frank and Glenda.
