Hawk Pride
Mrs. Young was nominated for Staff Member of the Month because of the supportive and encouraging environment she has created in the art room. She challenges her students to take risks and explore their artistic abilities. As stated by a student, "I've learned a lot and am a better artist because of Mrs. Young."
Ben went out of his way to create valentines for every student and teacher in his grade. He is always positive and has a smile on his face. Ben is such a joy to talk to and have in class.
Andrew is a hard worker. He has fun in the classroom, but also does a good job of getting his work done well. He is always respectful to staff and other students.
Peyton is an extremely focused learner and an exceptional role model to his peers. He is consistently respectful to students and staff. He is very responsible and is always willing to go above and beyond to deepen his understanding of what he is learning. We are very proud of Peyton!
Logan can always be found with a smile on his face! He gets along well with everyone and is always willing to lend a hand in any situation.
Mr. Freel was nominated for Staff Member of the Month because of the care he provides to students and his willingness to help in any situation. As stated by students, "Matt is important to the school. He cares about us, keeps us in check, and we can always count on him to make us smile."
Seth is an excellent worker in class. He is always willing to participate and share his ideas. Seth does a great job at including others and is always kind to those around him.
Tania is willing to take a risk when working with other students. Not only is she kind and respectful to staff and peers, but she does an outstanding job of investing in her work.
Keziah actively participates in class discussions and is never afraid to ask questions or share her thoughts. She goes above and beyond to help hr classmates. Keziah also serves as a role model for her peers. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic is consistent throughout all classes.
Isaiah is a kind and positive student. He's always trying his best in every situation. He's been a wonderful addition to the 5th grade group!
