Dear Parents and Students,
Mid-Prairie High School students and staff are excited about our upcoming Prom which will be held on May 2, 2026. We hope to make this a fun, safe, and memorable experience for everyone. I would like to start by thanking all of the students, staff, parents, and community members who have helped to plan and support this event. We couldn’t do it without you!
Here are some important details regarding Prom and all related events:
Grand March (MPHS Gym): begins at 7:00 PM
Similar to previous years, students will drive around the front circle, exit their vehicle, and enter the school via Door S3. Students are asked to arrive between 5:45 - 6:45. Valet parking will not be available after 6:50. Keys will be labeled and placed in a secure location. Students will have keys returned when they sign out and leave the dance. Once students leave, they will not be allowed to return.
All parents and guests are asked to be seated by 7:00. Opportunities to take additional pictures will be given after Grand March is completed.
Following Grand March, students will move to the cafeteria for the dance.
Dance (Cafeteria): begins immediately after Grand March
The dance will be held from 8:00 - 11:00 pm.
Students will check in at the main table in front of the cafeteria.
Students will sign out before leaving the dance and receiving keys.
While guests from other schools are also permitted, students will need to complete a guest form for approval. Forms can be found in the main office. You must turn in the form by Wednesday, April 29.
The cost will be $10 for all students and guests with the exception of MPHS seniors which will be free. Fees must be paid to the office by Wednesday, April 29.
