This week, we are excited to give an MPHS Staff Shout Out to Mr. David Kunz, our MPHS Band Director!

Mr. Kunz is often the first person to arrive at school each day and one of the last to leave. He dedicates countless hours to helping our students grow, improve, and find success in Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Band, and Concert Band. His passion for music and commitment to our students are evident in everything he does!

Most recently, the MPHS Marching Band earned yet another Division I rating at the State Marching Band Competition! This outstanding accomplishment reflects the hard work of our students and the dedication, leadership, and passion Mr. Kunz brings to the program every day.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Mr. Kunz as part of the MPHS family! Thank you, Mr. Kunz, for all you do for our students and for making music such a meaningful part of their high school experience. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our talented students and band program!
