Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that make the biggest difference — a word of encouragement, extra support, a lesson that finally clicks, or simply feeling seen and believed in.

In this special video, students recognize teachers who made a meaningful impact on their lives through specific acts of kindness, support, and inspiration. This is a powerful reminder that what teachers do each day truly matters and stays with students long after they leave the classroom.

Thank you to the educators who go above and beyond to make every student feel valued, capable, and supported. Your impact reaches farther than you know. #mphawks

New teachers, big impact. 🍎✨

Last week we celebrated our Mid-Prairie Beginning Teacher Network—because supporting teachers from day one isn’t just important, it’s part of how we help all students learn at high levels.

Our first- and second-year teachers are doing more than just finding their footing in year one. Through mentoring, coaching, co-planning, professional learning, and growth aligned to Iowa Teaching Standards, they’re building strong practice, strong relationships, and strong classrooms. 💡

The Beginning Teacher Network includes:
✔️ Instructional coaching + induction support
✔️ New teacher trainings
✔️ Personalized professional growth goals
✔️ Collaboration with mentors and principals
✔️ Reflection, feedback, and continuous improvement

Translation? We don’t just hire great educators—we invest in them. 🌱
