On May 3, 2018, at the Kirkwood Regional Center at the University of Iowa in Coralville, ITEC sponsored its eastern student technology fair.
Mid-Prairie Middle School sent nine students from grades 6th through 8th grade to participate. These students presented projects within the areas of 3D Design & Prints, Innovation, Programming and Web Design.
ITEC sponsors the Student Technology Fair for PK-12 students, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their technology skills and projects. Based on rubric scores, students are awarded ribbons for the quality of the project and presentation to judges. Exemplary entries are invited to present the projects at the ITEC Fall Conference in Des Moines.
