MP West 4th graders spent part of Friday afternoon checking out their arcade games they made for the Cardboard Challenge.
The third grade classes also came for a visit. The 4th graders had been taught the design process by Amber Bridge, from Grant Wood AEA, before beginning their projects. They showed some very innovating and creative arcade games. This activity is based on the cardboard arcade started by a little boy in California, which became a YouTube sensation. Every year in October Imagination.org challenges kids to use their imagination to create cardboard arcade games.
