Please check out the important information below regarding lunch account questions. PART 2 addresses details about low-balance emails.

Low Balance Emails:
-The emails are scheduled to be sent every 3 days. These originate from MealMagic Parent Portal.
-There are two issues that can suspend the Low-Balance Emails. They are:
1. If there has been NO LogIn to MealMagic Parent Portal every 90 days, the emails are suspended due to lack of activity in the student/family account. (This is a system feature that MP cannot change). We believe this is the primary issue.
2. A parent is in the Portal and suspends the email generation. This is done in the Notifications section of their profile. MP cannot turn this back on as we do not have access to details within individual family profiles. As a result, the parent would need to reactivate email notifications. We believe this is a secondary issue.
-We highly recommend that all Nutrition payments be made through the Parent Portal of MealMagic. Doing this will also keep your account from going dormant after 90 days.

Mid-Prairie CSD Lunch Account Announcement We have received several questions about lunch accounts, the MealMagic portal, and RevTrak. Please read this information carefully to help ensure your student’s account is immediately up to date for school meals! Part 2: Low-Balance Email Information
We have received several questions about lunch accounts, the MealMagic portal, and RevTrak. Please read PART 1 of this important information regarding auto-replenish in Revtrak below.

Auto Replenish in RevTrak:
-While this feature is available in RevTrak, the District does not recommend its use. Rather, we encourage everyone to make payments from the Parent Portal in MealMagic.
-Should a family decide that they want to use the AutoReplenish, they need to understand that there are limitations of which the District does NOT control.
-RevTrak has recommended that IF AutoReplenish is used, the minimum balance for replenishment is $10, although they would recommend $15. This is due to timing of how payments are downloaded from RevTrak to MealMagic's Parent Portal.
-To confirm: MealMagic does NOT support AutoReplenish within their Parent Portal. There are NO options.
-It would be our intention to phase out Nutrition Payments from RevTrak at some point in the future. RevTrak payments to MealMagic are not instantly updated.
