Elsa Schmidt – Agricultural Educator and FFA Advisor at Mid-Prairie High School in Wellman was named the 2019-2020 Iowa Golden Owl Award Winner today. Mrs. Schmidt was selected after more than 250 nominations were received from local community members for agricultural educators across Iowa. Her dedication and passion to go the extra mile to help her students were clear in these nominations.
