38 Mid-Prairie High School students earned Kirkwood College credit along with their ServSafe Manager Certificates during S1 and S2 this fall. Those who know the ServSafe content know that it is challenging, even for adults, to master! These students are now qualified to enroll in the upper-level culinary classes at Mid-Prairie, including Culinary I, Culinary II, and Bakery. They also have a valuable industry-recognized credential when they seek employment. Special Congratulations are due to the S2 class. They are the first Mid-Prairie ServSafe class ever where ALL the students passed their exam on the first try! #mphawks
