MP East 2nd grades hosted Washington County Extension’s Ag in the Classroom with Miss Sam! Each monthly visit will have a creative, hands-on ag lesson. She read “The Very Hungry Iowa Caterpillar”while students made a caterpillar with Iowa ag products she read about! #mphawks

3 Mid-Prairie middle school students were selected for participation in the 37th annual OPUS Honor Choir Festival! Over 2400 students were nominated by their directors for 720 positions in the four honor choirs. They will be performing their concert on Thursday, November 16th, at C.Y. Stephens Auditorium in Ames at 4:00 pm.
