This week MP-East Elementary had Washington County Deputy, Jason Schlabaugh, come in for a visit! Deputy Schlabaugh shared with students about different summer safety tips. He covered bike safety, pedestrian safety, swimming safety, sun safety, stranger safety, and reminded students of what to do in an emergency situation. Our MPHS Students of the Week for April 18-22 are Erin Harmston, Alex Seawright and Mason Sieren! They were nominated by Mrs. Traci Zahrdenek. She says, " On April 9th they participated in Special Olympics Track and Field. Erin participated in the softball throw and 50 meter walk race, Alex participated in the turbo javelin and 200 meter dash and Mason participated in the softball throw and 100 meter walk race.
