On April 21st, students at the high school experienced a powerful and emotional lesson about the real-life consequences of distracted driving. In partnership with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and community organizations, we hosted a mock crash simulation to bring awareness to the dangers of texting behind the wheel, impaired driving, and not paying attention on the road.
This eye-opening event was designed to drive home one critical message: every choice behind the wheel matters. One moment of distraction can change lives forever.
We’re incredibly proud of our students, staff, and community partners who helped bring this important message to life. A special thanks to Kelby Kiefer who organized the event and Ethan Kos for creating the video.
